As a Business Consultant, my primary focus is to work directly with key business decisionmakers and discuss their objectives, management practices, and operational strategies. I work closely with the Customer Service and Sales teams to ensure that your clients receive top-quality service and the best advice to enhance their business performance and growth.
Our Story
When I visit businesses, I gather information, ensure customer satisfaction, and provide product and service consultations. I also perform cold calling and follow-up to generate new business, respond to customer inquiries, and serve as a liaison between customers and management. My expertise allows me to develop and update business plans and strategies as needed, providing technical support to the sales team.
Building strong customer relationships is a significant part of my role. I offer advice on improving business performance and operational efficiency, and I collaborate with relevant teams to update product and service offerings. I support new product development through customer feedback and market research, maintain and update my product knowledge, and participate in training sessions.
Additionally, I assist in training the sales team and conducting field trial experiments. I organize and maintain a database of product, customer, and research data, and support quality assurance and quality control programs. Representing the company at industry events and knowledge transfer sessions is another key aspect of my job.
